Coconut Tahini Yogurt Sauce

This Coconut Tahini Yogurt Sauce is creamy, tangy, and aromatic, perfect for drizzling over roasted vegetables, grain bowls, or grilled proteins. The rich Coconut Tahini combines beautifully with Greek yogurt and lime, while garlic and cumin give it a subtle warmth. Fresh coriander adds a bright, herbaceous finish.


Ingredients (Serves 4 - as a condiment)

• 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

• 3 tbsp Coconut Tahini, slackened with a dash of hot water or briefly microwaved if needed

• Juice of 1 lime, freshly squeezed

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• ½ tsp ground cumin

• 1 tsp salt

• ¼ tsp black pepper

• Small handful fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped


Method

Step 1 – Combine ingredients

Place the Greek yogurt, Coconut Tahini, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

Step 2 – Adjust seasoning

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, lime juice, or cumin to suit your preference.

Step 3 – Finish with herbs

Stir in the fresh coriander leaves just before serving. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
