Ingredients (makes ~12)

  • 100g dark chocolate (70%), melted

  • 4 tbsp Maluku & Co Coconut Tahini

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (plus extra for rolling)

  • Pinch of sea salt

 

Method

  1. Mix melted chocolate, Coconut Tahini, maple syrup, cocoa, and salt until thick.

  2. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.

  3. Scoop into small balls, roll in cocoa powder, and return to the fridge.

  4. Enjoy cold for the best texture.
