Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Maluku & Co Coconut Tahini

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated

  • 2–3 tbsp warm water (to loosen)

  • Pinch of sea salt & pepper

 

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.

  2. Adjust consistency with more water if needed.

  3. Taste and season to your liking.

 

Serving Suggestions

  • Drizzle over grain bowls, roasted aubergine, or falafel wraps.

  • Use as a dip for crudités or pita bread.
