Coconut Tahini Biscuits – Nutty, Chewy & Wholesome
Biscuits don’t have to be guilty pleasures. With the creamy richness of Maluku & Co Coconut Tahini, these biscuits are crisp on the edges, soft in the middle, and packed with nourishing goodness. Perfect with a cup of tea, a post-school snack, or even crumbled into yoghurt for a fun dessert twist.
Ingredients (makes ~16)

120g (½ cup) Maluku & Co Coconut Tahini

100g (½ cup) coconut sugar (or light brown sugar)

60ml (¼ cup) coconut oil, melted

1 large egg (or flax egg for vegan)

1 tsp vanilla extract

150g (1¼ cups) rolled oats

100g (¾ cup) plain flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: 50g (⅓ cup) dark chocolate chunks or dried fruit
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment.

Whisk together Coconut Tahini, sugar, coconut oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

In another bowl, mix oats, flour, baking powder, and salt.

Fold dry into wet to form a dough. Stir in chocolate/dried fruit if using.

Scoop tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, flatten slightly, and place on tray.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden at edges but still soft inside.

Cool 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
Serving Suggestions

Drizzle with warm Coconut Tahini before serving.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds or coconut flakes for crunch.

Store in an airtight jar for up to 5 days.
